FACE OF BROWS POLICIES

By purchasing any service, training program, online course or product from Face of Brows, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay the full appointment fee before booking future appointments.

Late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting other clients.

Results vary between clients due to factors including skin type, hair type, medications, hormones, lifestyle factors and aftercare compliance. Face of Brows does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preference, failure to follow aftercare instructions or failure to disclose relevant medical information.

IN-PERSON BROW MASTERY TRAINING POLICY

Full payment is required to secure your seat.

Due to limited class sizes, preparation, student kits, venue costs and resources allocated to each student, all training payments are strictly non-refundable.

Training seats are reserved exclusively for the enrolled student and cannot be held without payment.

Once payment has been made, refunds will not be provided for:

•⁠ ⁠Scheduling conflicts
•⁠ ⁠Personal circumstances
•⁠ ⁠Illness or injury
•⁠ ⁠Work commitments
•⁠ ⁠Travel disruptions
•⁠ ⁠Relocation
•⁠ ⁠Failure to attend training

If you are unable to attend your training date, Face of Brows may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future training date. Transfer requests are not guaranteed and may incur an administration fee.

Students are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, accommodation and associated expenses.

ONLINE BROW MASTERY ACADEMY POLICY

All Online Brow Mastery Academy purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to educational materials, templates, resources, assessments and community access, no refunds, exchanges, credits or transfers will be provided.

Students are responsible for ensuring the course is suitable for their needs before purchasing.

Results will vary depending on individual effort, implementation, commitment and circumstances. Face of Brows does not guarantee specific income, client numbers, bookings or business outcomes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Face of Brows training materials, manuals, videos, educational content, templates, assessments, worksheets, presentations, downloads and resources remain the intellectual property of Face of Brows.

These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, recorded, distributed, republished, taught, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use, distribution or reproduction of Face of Brows intellectual property may result in immediate removal from training programs and legal action where applicable.

STUDENT CONDUCT POLICY

Face of Brows reserves the right to refuse enrolment, refuse entry or remove any student from training programs, online communities or educational platforms where behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

This includes but is not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Bullying
•⁠ ⁠Defamation
•⁠ ⁠Disruptive behaviour
•⁠ ⁠Threatening behaviour
•⁠ ⁠Abusive conduct
•⁠ ⁠Inappropriate conduct towards staff or students

No refund will be provided if access is revoked due to a breach of these policies.

COMMUNITY ACCESS

Access to the Brow Mastery Academy community is provided as an additional benefit and may be modified, restricted or removed at any time at the discretion of Face of Brows.

Students who breach community guidelines may have access removed without refund.

BROW GEL & PRODUCT POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, opened, used or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a replacement, repair or refund will be provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face of Brows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, training programs, educational content or products.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these policies excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Face of Brows reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
