In Salon Appointments Policy

- If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, this must be done more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

- If you cancel within 30 minutes or No Show to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and our booking system will automatically charge the card on file the full amount of the selected service.

- Unfortunately if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and your booking will be automatically cancelled.

This is because it is super hard to refill spots on the same day and other clients miss out on trying to book in with us.
We understand life sometimes gets in the way, If you need to reschedule please us know in advanced. we are flexible and will always try to be as accommodating as possible! If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask.
