Refund policy

APPOINTMENTS & STUDIO SERVICES

All appointment deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay the full appointment fee before booking future appointments.

Results may vary from client to client due to factors including skin type, hair type, aftercare compliance, lifestyle factors, medications, hormones and individual contraindications. Face of Brows does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction relating to personal preference, expected outcomes, aftercare non-compliance or failure to disclose relevant medical information.

IN-PERSON BROW MASTERY TRAINING

All training purchases are final.

Due to limited class sizes, venue costs, preparation time, administration, student kits, educational materials and the reservation of training positions, all payments made towards training courses are strictly non-refundable.

Once a seat has been secured, refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Illness or injury
• Scheduling conflicts
• Work commitments
• Family emergencies
• Travel disruptions
• Relocation
• Failure to attend
• Failure to complete the training

If a student is unable to attend, Face of Brows may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to an alternative training date if sufficient notice is provided. Approval is not guaranteed.

Any approved transfer request may incur an administration fee.

Training transfers may only be approved once. Additional transfer requests may result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Failure to attend training without notice will result in the loss of all payments made.

Face of Brows reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or relocate a training course if required due to unforeseen circumstances. In these circumstances, students will be offered a replacement training date.

Students are responsible for all travel, accommodation and associated expenses. Face of Brows is not responsible for costs incurred outside of the training fee.

ONLINE BROW MASTERY ACADEMY

All online course purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of the Online Brow Mastery Academy and the immediate access provided to proprietary educational materials, no refunds, exchanges, credits or cancellations will be granted.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time
• Failure to complete the course
• Personal circumstances
• Financial circumstances
• Business performance
• Dissatisfaction with results due to lack of implementation

Upon enrolment, students receive immediate access to digital content, educational resources, downloadable materials, community access, assessments, templates and intellectual property belonging to Face of Brows.

As access is granted immediately, refunds cannot be provided once enrolment has been completed.

Face of Brows does not guarantee income, client numbers, business growth or specific outcomes from completing the Academy.

Student results vary depending on effort, implementation, commitment, skill level and individual circumstances.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training materials, manuals, videos, worksheets, assessments, presentations, templates, documents, educational content, photographs and resources remain the intellectual property of Face of Brows.

Students may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Record
• Share
• Resell
• Distribute
• Teach
• Republish
• Upload

any Face of Brows training content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised distribution of training materials may result in legal action.

STUDENT CONDUCT

Face of Brows reserves the right to refuse enrolment, refuse entry or remove any student from training programs, online communities or educational platforms where behaviour is considered:

• Disruptive
• Harassing
• Bullying
• Abusive
• Threatening
• Defamatory
• Inappropriate

No refund will be provided where access is revoked due to breaches of these terms.

COMMUNITY ACCESS

Access to the Brow Mastery Academy community is provided as an additional benefit and may be modified, suspended or removed at any time at the discretion of Face of Brows.

Students who engage in inappropriate behaviour may have community access removed without refund.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & BROW GELS

Due to hygiene reasons, opened, used or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Face of Brows does not offer refunds for change of mind.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, customers must notify Face of Brows within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers may be required to provide photographs and supporting information before a replacement, refund or store credit is issued.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement or refund will be provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face of Brows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or business interruption arising from the use of our services, products, training programs or educational materials.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Face of Brows reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing from Face of Brows, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
